1. Order Processing Time
All our products are custom-made to order.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 to 7 business days from the date of purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
Standard Delivery (India): 5–10 business days from dispatch.
Express Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days from dispatch.
International Shipping: 7–20 business days (subject to location and customs clearance).
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, local disruptions, or courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Free shipping may be offered on select products or promotional campaigns, as indicated on our website.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, you will be responsible for the reshipping charges.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or import regulations.
