All Extique products feature handcrafted embroidery, which requires careful attention to detail.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 3-4 business days.
- Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via
email or SMS/WhatsApp (where applicable) so you can monitor your shipment.
Return Policy
We want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied,
you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Original tags and packaging must remain intact.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- An unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened is mandatory for verification.
Important Return Guidelines
- Do not hand over the product without a valid pickup slip or SMS confirmation.
- Do not accept any package that appears tampered with.
- Never share the delivery OTP before receiving your package.
Post-Wash Claims
Any quality-related concerns after washing will only be considered within
one month from the date of delivery.
Sale & Offer Purchases
Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer are
not eligible for refunds. Only exchanges are allowed.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds
Due to current RBI compliance guidelines, refunds for
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued as
Extique Gift Cards / Store Credit.
Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges for eligible orders.
- No additional shipping or exchange charges.
- Only one exchange is permitted per order.
- Size exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the replacement product costs less, the balance amount will be issued as an Extique Gift Voucher.
- An unboxing video is mandatory if you receive the wrong product.
