1. Custom-Made Product Policy
As all our products are made-to-order and often personalized, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
Change of mind
Incorrect size ordered
Color or design expectation mismatches (due to display differences)
Please double-check your order details, size charts, and customization preferences before placing an order.
2. Eligible Cases for Returns or Exchanges
We will accept a return or send a replacement only if:
You receive a defective product (e.g., torn, stained, misprinted)
You receive the wrong item (wrong size/design from what was ordered)
To be eligible:
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with tags (if any) intact.
Provide clear photos of the issue for verification.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the product
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
If approved, we’ll offer:
A replacement at no extra cost OR
A store credit or refund, depending on the situation
4. Return Shipping
For approved returns, we will provide return instructions.
You may be required to ship the item back to us.
In most eligible cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method or issued as store credit.
