At Extique, every product is custom-made just for you. While we strive for perfection in every order, we understand that issues may arise. Please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Custom-Made Product Policy

As all our products are made-to-order and often personalized, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Color or design expectation mismatches (due to display differences)

Please double-check your order details, size charts, and customization preferences before placing an order.


2. Eligible Cases for Returns or Exchanges

We will accept a return or send a replacement only if:

  • You receive a defective product (e.g., torn, stained, misprinted)

  • You receive the wrong item (wrong size/design from what was ordered)

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with tags (if any) intact.

  • Provide clear photos of the issue for verification.


3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support (a) extique.com or Chat with us with:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Photos of the product

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

  3. If approved, we’ll offer:

    • A replacement at no extra cost OR

    • A store credit or refund, depending on the situation


4. Return Shipping

  • For approved returns, we will provide return instructions.

  • You may be required to ship the item back to us.

  • In most eligible cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.


5. Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method or issued as store credit.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized T-shirts with user-submitted designs

  • Gift cards or promotional offers

  • Clearance sale items
